Time Out..

The past week has been insane. I am stressing out..biting my nails down too far.

Last Thursday Hannah broke three bones in her foot, dislocated two others & chipped one, while skateboarding. So, Thursday & Friday if I wasn't at work I was at the hospital. She won't get a hard cast on for two months. They had to do surgery, along with the three plates they put in there, there is also two big ass screws! It's intense. She can't do much of anything on her own, I have to do a lot for her, but I don't mind. They have her on these pain meds that make her feel funny. She can't explain the feeling, but it's funny & not a good funny. She avoids taking them. It's hard for her..she gets really upset because she can't go rock climbing or backpacking or go summit a mountain on a moments notice anymore. That's the only thing that has made her cry.

Also found out that my office is moving to the other side of town. Tomorrow is the big move day. I don't have much feeling on that right now, but it is stressing me out & I can feel it.

Then on top of that stuff on Sunday my kitchen sink decided to get clogged or something weird like that. Shitty... so I have/had water sitting...just sitting in my sink the past few days...disgusting brown water with weird stuff floating in it. I have dishes that need to be cleaned that are just sitting waiting and I feel that because I can't wash those dishes that I can't clean my house... My house is now a disaster area. I have clothes and blankets everywhere and no motivation to clean anything. My house is perfectly representing what my brain is doing. Scattered everywhere...a complete jumbled mess. I am looking forward to the day when I can have me time. Shut my phone off, unplug everything and just relax, alone with a book (or five) in my clean house with working drains, cleaned floors & furniture. Oh, joy! I am excited.
